Cancellations
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery.
Pixelar offer replacement or refund (of item cost), on goods returned unused and in perfect and mint condition (including any packaging and accessories) within 14 days of receipt.
For digital picture Frames the Screen protective film must not have been removed and replaced.
Any goods returned without an Authorisation Number will be held until a return postage payment is made to us.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights :
Your product (including packaging) must be complete, unused and in 'as new' perfect condition – no protective taping should have been removed from any products.
It should be returned (when authorised) with the original box, packing and accessories.
You will receive a full refund of your original purchase price (less original postage costs), and the cancellation is free of charge, provided you return the product to us at the provided address and in unused and new condition, with the appropriate Returns Authorisation.
We cannot cancel your purchase when :
- the goods are not unused and in 'as new' condition as described above.
- you return your goods without proof of purchase or Authorisation Number.
- the goods were a special order built to your specification; i.e. non standard colour, internal memory etc.
Return of Faulty Goods
To enable us to offer competitive prices for our products we use an email based Technical Centre, and consequently if we do have any faulty products that occur in the warranty period, they will be returned to the manufacturers for warranty repair or possibily replacement.
We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or full refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be :
- in otherwise 'as new' condition AND
- complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. In particular digital picture frames must not be used in a humid environment, for example a bathroom or constantly used humid kitchen.
For consumable items the guarantee period is three months from delivery, unless, for some items, there is a longer international manufacturers warranty.
Replacement goods are sent by standard Royal Mail delivery service only.
