Guarantee

All items on this site, unless otherwise stated, carry a full 12 months warranty from date of purchase.

Please note that misuse or abuse of the products will invalidate the warranty-as would opening of the casings of the products.

None of our products should be used in a humid environment such as a steamy kitchen or a bathroom.

Humidity maximum is c.85% for audio visual baby monitors.

For consumable items the guarantee period is three months from delivery, unless, for some items, there is a longer international manufacturers warranty (if applicable this will be stated on the product packaging).
